I also want to take this time to let everyone know that we're in the heart of the recruiting season for the school year 2024-2025. As many schools requested that their teachers let them know of their intention to renew their contracts by December break, you will see new job postings opening up for those teachers who have decided to move on. Job fairs in January and February will also add more openings, as teachers decide to "see what's out there" and get offers too good to refuse.
All this to say that it's not too late to give your CV and cover letter an overhaul with my help, as well as meet with me in a video call for advice and next steps in your job search.
